Dubai 4048 hours per week what we offer First of all you will earn a tax free allinclusive salary You will have a direct and permanent employment with our client for either 2 or 3 years A healthcare insurance or healthcare treatment is part of that employment You work in an international team working environment and you receive a total of 30 calendar days leave for every full year of work Lastly you will receive end of service benefits as per UAE Labor Law description Your main responsibilities will include Local market knowledge Go to Market Sales Model Leading coaching teams through transformation with Account Planning Opportunity Identification Business Relevant Customer Value Selling and Business Disciplines Executes the sales plan for the allocated region according the commercial policy of the company achieving the quantitative and qualitative plans and targets for the region Maintain existing sales within assigned customers and a given sales territory Analyse sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effectiveConduct indepth research on competitors products pricing and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using ERP SystemCreate a pipeline of various Hotels and Restaurants HORECA for sales and distributionDevelop and maintain a retail networks within HORECAEnsure the proper implementation for any new developmental areas whether in introducing new products or winning new customersKeep the sales team wellinformed on any new leads in the market and always keep an open communicationFocus on the availability of company new products to maximize their potential and expand customer base to ensure coverage of potential customers is maximizedThe occupant manages vendors from different geographical regions with various financial and legal conditions level and impact of descisions the occupant needs to make
