Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Manager - Holidays

to lead and expand our holiday packages division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the holidays sales team, building B2B/B2C relationships, and achieving revenue targets through domestic and international holiday packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets for holiday packages. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of holiday consultants and executives. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and key partners. Oversee the pricing, promotion, and bundling of holiday packages. Ensure excellent customer service is maintained throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Attend travel fairs, expos, and networking events as required. Coordinate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in the travel industry (in Holidays) Strong knowledge of holiday destinations, packages, and market trends. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualities:

Experience with B2B and B2C holiday sales. Well-connected with local/international travel agents or DMCs. Passionate about travel and customer service. Strong organizational and planning skills.

Compensation:

Attractive salary + incentives

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
