Your Role

Introduction and

Atlas Copco Oil-free Air division is seeking an experienced Sales manager to develop and grow high pressure compression & cooling solutions within the general industry within the gulf region of ( UAE, Oman , Bahrain ,Qatar , Iraq, Yemen)

The selected candidate will report to the Regional Business Line Manager -Oil-free Air, Atlas Copco Services Middle East.

The Mission of the successful candidate will be to:
  • Focus on development and growth the high-pressure market segment of general industrial applications , PET ,Gas boosters , water transmission .
  • Develop and implement business plan for the newly developed process cooling system/s applications especially chillers and adiabatic coolers across the industry both to existing AC customers & general industry in the region.
  • Coordinate with colleagues from within the direct organization; product companies and the distributor organization to train and improve the market reach and obtain leads for cooling solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a close relationship with distributors, end users and contractors with an aim to bringing rapid growth to both high pressure and cooling businesses.
  • Organize events and lunch & learn with the customers to ensure Atlas Copco remains First in mind, first in choice to promote cooling solutions .
  • Coordinate with the management both local and divisional and bring feedback from the market on both opportunities and threats with regards to both high pressure compression and industrial cooling business.
  • Lead Replacement Business activities in OFA general industry business for high pressure and process cooling solutions .
  • Track and handle all the FEED compressed air and cooling solutions for general industry consultants and engineering firms.
  • Focus on upselling and creating value through total turn key solutions for green field and brown field projects across the OFA portfolio of products
  • Collaborate and work closely with OFA projects team for smooth execution and hand over
  • Consistent C4C reporting & implementation of all sales and marketing processes to ensure accurate market information and customer database
To succeed, you will need

Experience requirements
  • Experience in industrial process cooling solutions is a must.
  • experience in sales and marketing of compressed air equipment
  • Excellent business analysis, planning and organizing skills
  • Experience in complex turn projects sales & Execution
  • Knowledge of the middle east market is an advantage
  • Preferably 3-5 years\' experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Competences
  • Good command (verbal and written) of English.
  • Working knowledge of Arabic language preferred.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Business development skills .
Educational requirements

University Degree in Engineering
