- Organizes site visits, sales calls and other sales related activities.
- Negotiates business and revenue for the property. Coordinates catering and conference service activities, services, and client specifications to deliver smooth execution of executive meeting and tour group functions and events requiring food and beverage services.
- Sell and market to external markets which may encompass corporate events/meetings/conference, wedding receptions, exhibitions, and events.
- Maintain good knowledge about the local and global accounts (existing and new accounts).
- To achieve targets in terms of number of new active Accounts, Room Nights, Banquet Covers and Revenue as set by the Director of Sales.
- Interacts and liaise closely with Front Office, Reservations, Food & Beverage, and Banquet & Conference Departments.
- Minimum 3 years UAE work experience as Sales Manager - Corporate (Government)
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Possesses strong negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and finalize contracts
