This role will be based in their Dubai office and you will be responsible to set up a sales process that will help drive revenue growth and increase profitability.

About the role
This role will report to the Managing Director and will work closely alongside them to determine the long-term business model. There will be the opportunity to implement sales activities that align with the overall business objectives and to identify target markets, customer segments, sales channels and sales goals.

This is the perfect role for someone who has experience in driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible to promote the company\'s services to help achieve sales goals, develop the existing client base and identify potential new clients. You will also collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure alignment and consistency across all functions.

About you
Our client is looking to hire an individual who has excellent communication skills and has the strong ability to sell and build relationships with a wide range of colleagues across different departments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering goals and targets and has the ability to work both individually and within a team. You must have experience within the business services sector and have the ability to nurture B2B relationships.

To be considered for this role, you should possess a bachelors in a relevant field with a minimum of 4 years\' experience in Sales. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
