Job Description

Under the guidance of Sales Director, the Government Sales Manager will be responsible for customer and sales management with the existing customer base and business development and promotion of different product categories such as Lighting Products, Standard Cases and Customized Cases within Middle East.



JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and develop the relationship with existing and prospective customers, assuring company products and solutions are fully represented in very relevant government / defense sectors Work closely with dealers, government, end users & OEMs to specify projects and tenders. Government bid management through the process / cycle (specifying, samples development, budget, releasing etc.. to awarding) Develop MOI, MOD & OEMs projects pipeline in GCC for a portfolio of products and customized solutions. Proactively seek out new business opportunities and generate leads by establishing a network within target segments, as well as working with existing customer base. Regular weekly government, end-users, OEMs visits Represent the company in your area trade shows exhibiting and visiting Update (CRM) with customer database and projects details Cooperate with different departments to ensure a successful business process. Other support tasks under guidance of the Sales Director

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Preferably a bachelor's degree in business, Sales Engineering or similar. Minimum 5to 10 years government sales experience project / tenders specifying and management for mainly MOI, MOD, civil defense, OEMs Experienced with government projects, Tenders & Proposals management. Has no GCC travel & government MOD / MOI site visit restrictions. Business travels within the GCC with regular monthly travel 50 to 70% Team-Player working in a multinational, global organization. Well organized, self-disciplined, and reliable work-ethic. Knowledge of GCC market Strong written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English - Public speaking and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate technical sales information clearly and concisely. Valid UAE driver's license. MS-Office skills: Outlook, Word, Power-Point, OneNote, Teams. SAP and Salesforce experience desired but not mandatory. Flexibility regarding working hours.
