• Responsible to achieve and exceed all tasks and objectives in a timely manner.

• Lead generation.

• Working closely with Sales Agents within the business

• Pipeline Management and Reporting

• Achieve monthly targets.

• New business generation.

• Strong network with brokers (working on off plan projects)

Mandatory:
Knowledge of other local developers and their projects is a mandate so that comparisons can be made during sales meetings with investors.
Candidates should be holding employment, tourist, cancelled visa, parent/spouse sponsored visa, freelance/investor visa, etc. as the documentation and visa application can be quicker and easier in these cases.
The passport and visa of the candidate must be valid for a minimum of 6 months.
