Join Bell Flavors & Fragrances EMEAI as a Sales Manager to support our expanding customer base and drive market share growth in the GCC.
Responsibilities:
? Develop and grow our business by understanding customer brands and needs.
?Expand and defend Bell's presence in specific fragrance product segments.
?Set up, review, and monitor strategic account plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.
?Track performance against sales and profit targets, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
?Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
?5+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development in the fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury sectors, preferably in an international environment.
?Strong knowledge of customers, competition, and an existing network in the industry.
?Passion for the world of fragrances.
?Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
?Strong commercial and business acumen.
?Team player with a flexible approach to diversity.
?Willingness to travel frequently (30-40% of the time).
