We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our sales operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets within the furniture or interior fit-out sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Manage and lead the sales team to maximize performance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts.
Identify new business opportunities within the furniture/interior market.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Negotiate and close deals with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of
UAE sales experience
(Furniture sales preferred).
Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics and client base.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
