- Sales Manager (Gypsum Plaster Board Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for gypsum plaster boards.
Identify and expand into new markets, distributors, and project customers (construction, contractors, real estate developers).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, consultants, and distributors.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms while ensuring profitability.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies.
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs.
Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements:
BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
7-10 years of sales experience in building materials industry (gypsum boards, cement, paints, or similar).
Strong network in construction and building materials sector within Oman/GCC.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
Ability to lead a team and work under pressure in a competitive market.
