Sales Manager
foronline Accounting software
is required. The candidates should have more than 7 years experience in the sales of such software and meet below criteria:Strategy & Leadership
: Develop and execute sales plans, set targets, and lead/mentor a team of sales professionals.Business Development
: Identify new leads, research market trends, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.Sales Process Management
: Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including presentations, product demos, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.Cross-functional Collaboration
: Work with marketing, product development, and technical/solution teams to tailor solutions and address client challenges.Performance Monitoring
: Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and report on progress towards revenue goals.Core Skills & Qualifications
ERP Knowledge
: Deep understanding of ERP systems, their functions (finance, HR, CRM, etc.), and benefits.Sales Acumen
: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.Leadership
: Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
