Our client, a well-established company aimed in the FMCG - Consumer Goods Industry (Nuts and Dried Fruits). Successful incumbents must fulfil the below key results area's to be eligible for the role. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Location: Ajman - UAE Requirements

• 4-6 years of field sales experience within FMCG environment work experience in the UAE.
• Experience in direct sales to Hypermarkets, Supermarkets and Grocery Stores.
• Experience in working with global and regional trade networks in the segment of food, confectionery, nuts, dried fruits, snacks etc.
• UAE Driving License and Own Vehicle.

Skills

• Good understanding and experience in FMCG environment.
• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years in active sales.
• Advanced PC user: financial accounting programs, Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
• Outstanding leadership skills including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
• Strong work ethic.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting the monthly sales target.
• Maintaining a customer base (Working with global and regional trade networks and distributors).
• Organization and control of shipments to customers.
• Conducting a customer feedback review every time a shipment is sent to the end-user or reseller to assure that customers are satisfied.
• Control of the balances of goods at the counterparty.
• Control of receivables.
• Increase in sales.
• Working with current documentation.
• Development and increase of the client base.
• Search and attraction of new clients.
• Full transaction management from the request to the signing of the contract.
• Negotiating with top officials of companies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to AED15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Sales - FMCG: 4 years (Required)
