Company Our client is a leader in the Plastics Manufacturing industry, and offers the highest quality products and the best service for discerning customers. They are currently looking for a Flexible Packaging Sales Manager to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities: · Ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved. · Generating business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis. · Maximizing sales performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience and by taking customer feedback. · Implementation of territory growth strategies. · Sales forecast and review of available pipeline · Responsible for leading customer acceptance of new product designs · Identifying and developing a sustainable relationship with key accounts at both strategic and tactical levels. · Managing entire sales process targeting to the top prospectus, identifying client solutions, negotiating, and closing.
Qualification & Requirements: · Sales experience in a similar role in the same or related industry in the GCC. · A track record of success selling flexible packaging solutions both in terms of creating new business opportunities and managing major accounts. · Bachelor's Degree in a related field. · Strong oral and written communication skills. · Experience setting sales goals. · Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
