Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales and commercial strategy for flame retardant specialties, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
- Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for key customers, providing solutions aligned with regulatory standards (UL 94, V-0, EN 13501, FAR 25, IEC 60332-1).
- Develop and execute customer-segment and territory plans with quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with R&D and Technical Service teams to support formulation development, testing, and technical training.
- Identify and evaluate new markets such as EV battery systems, telecom cables, and medical devices; drive product pilots and new launches.
- Manage and onboard distributors, agents, and OEM partners, ensuring accurate forecasting, pricing strategies, and channel optimization.
- Monitor global flame-retardant market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to provide strategic input.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, customer pipeline updates, and competitive insights to leadership.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, technical seminars, and client meetings.
