About the Company:

Italco International is a leading company in the Interior Fitout and Joinery industry, delivering high-quality solutions to residential, commercial, and corporate clients. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to expand our business and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Generate new sales and achieve revenue targets

in the interior fitout and joinery sector. Develop and maintain strong

relationships with existing and potential clients.

I

dentify and pursue new business opportunities

in the local market. Conduct regular visits to clients and project sites to understand needs and present solutions. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.

Negotiate deals

and close sales to maximize company revenue. Maintain a robust database of customer contacts and market intelligence. Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company. Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Minimum

6 years of experience in the UAE market

in

interior fitout/joinery sales

.

Proven track record

of successfully bringing in sales in this field. Strong

existing client network

and contacts in the local market. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

;

fluency in English is required. Arabic is a plus.

Strong understanding of market trends, pricing, and customer requirements. Proven ability to

bring in sales and achieve targets

consistently. Ability to deal professionally with all types of clients. Immediate availability is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred.
