We are a British owned and managed marketing agency seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager/ Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling our digital marketing services to real estate brokerages and property developers across the region. Key Responsibilities:

? ?Identify and engage with prospective clients, including real estate brokerages and property developers.

? ?Leverage your established network of Senior Marketing and Head of Marketing contacts to generate leads and close deals.

? ?Effectively present and sell digital marketing services tailored to the needs of clients in the real estate sector.

? ?Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

? ?Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

? ?Provide clients with expert advice on digital marketing trends, particularly SEO and lead generation for real estate.

? ?Collaborate with the internal marketing and development teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered to the highest standard.

? Track and report sales performance and pipeline progress to senior management.

? ?Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements:

? Minimum 2 years of digital marketing sales experience in Dubai preferably in real estate.

? ?Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

? ?Established network of Senior Marketing and Head of Marketing professionals within the UAE real estate industry.

? ?Experience selling to real estate brokerages and property developers is highly preferred.

? ?Strong understanding of SEO, website development, and digital marketing concepts.

? ?Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

? ?Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.

? ?Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
