- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
- Time Management
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize performance
- Identify new business opportunities and foster client relationships
- Monitor Sales metrics and generate reports for management
