The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving business growth, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The role involves building strong client relationships, expanding market reach, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet performance targets.
Identify new market opportunities and business partnerships.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer retention.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present progress to management.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead conversion.
Attend industry events and represent the company professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership role (preferably in travel, HR, or service industries).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of Dubai market and customer behavior.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record in sales with leadership qualities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software.
