Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the

fire protection industry

to lead our sales operations, grow key accounts, and drive business development. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling fire protection systems and services and managing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

Manage and lead the sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance monitoring

Identify and develop new business opportunities in fire protection systems (sprinklers, fire alarms, suppression systems, etc.)

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end clients Negotiate proposals, tenders, and contracts Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solutions and timely delivery Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Ensure compliance with relevant fire safety codes and standards

Requirements

Proven experience in

sales within the fire protection / firefighting industry

Ready to handle Multiple emirates in UAE

Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience

in a sales leadership or managerial role

Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, standards, and regulations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet targets under pressure Proficiency in MS Office

Valid UAE driver's license with Personal Car - Preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Experience handling large-scale commercial or industrial projects Established network within the construction or MEP industry
