Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities across travel agencies, corporate clients, DMCs, online platforms, and international partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tourism demand to guide strategy and product development.
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to optimize offerings and customer experience.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and tourism events locally and internationally.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and partnership agreements.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of sales experience within the tourism or hospitality industry
(UAE or GCC experience preferred).
Strong network of contacts in travel agencies, tour operators, corporate travel sectors, or related tourism channels.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai's tourism landscape, products, and customer segments.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in English required; additional languages (Arabic, etc.) are a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
