Job Description

? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

? Identify and generate new business opportunities in hospitality, healthcare, and commercial sectors

? Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

? Conduct client meetings, site visits, and service presentations

? Prepare and submit quotations, contracts, and pricing proposals

? Negotiate terms and close sales agreements

? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

? Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management

Required Skills

? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

? Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

? Good understanding of commercial laundry operations and processes

? Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability

Qualifications & Experience

? Bachelor's degree

? 3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in commercial laundry, hospitality services, or facilities management

? Experience dealing with hotels, hospitals, or large institutional clients is an advantage

? Valid driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
