Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of real estate agents
Drive sales for
off-plan and secondary properties
Set sales targets and monitor team KPIs
Handle key clients, investors, and negotiations
Train, coach, and motivate team members
Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with RERA, Trakheesi, and Dubai regulations
Prepare regular sales and performance reports
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in Dubai real estate
Strong knowledge of
off-plan and secondary sales
Proven team management and leadership experience
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
RERA certification preferred
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
