Harooni Design & Build is a well-established interior design and fit-out company with over 12 years of experience in the UAE. We are looking for an experienced

Sales Manager

with a strong background in

interior design, fit-out, or construction

to lead our sales activities and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for interior design and fit-out projects Generate leads, manage client relationships, and close high-value projects Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets Track market trends and competitor activities
Requirements

Minimum

5 years of experience

in sales within

interior design / fit-out / construction

Proven track record in closing residential and commercial projects Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Knowledge of UAE market and client handling Ability to work independently and lead a team Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
