The role is responsible for driving growth by positioning our comprehensive automation, software, and energy management solutions to meet the unique demands of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to achieve revenue objectives and expand the company's presence within the UAE infrastructure market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across airports, data centers, transportation systems, and large-scale infrastructure developments.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users throughout the infrastructure project lifecycle.
Understand customer operational challenges, compliance requirements, and digital transformation goals to propose effective and customized solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal technical, project, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, competitive proposals and solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through negotiation and contract closure.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and government infrastructure initiatives to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
Promote the company's solutions and brand at industry seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation) or Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
5-7 years of sales or business development experience in the UAE
, with a strong focus on the
Infrastructure sector
(Data Centers, Airports, Transportation, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Strong technical understanding of
Building Management Systems (BMS), power management, industrial automation, and related software solutions
.
Experience with
Schneider Electric and AVEVA
solutions is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in
English and Arabic
.
Egyptian nationality is required for this position.
