Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager - Dubai Real Estate to lead, manage, and scale our sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with strong Dubai property market knowledge and a proven record of driving high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of real estate sales executives
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Dubai real estate projects
Drive off-plan and secondary market property sales
Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure revenue goals are met
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales agents
Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients
Track sales pipelines and performance using CRM systems
Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, RERA regulations, and competitor activity
Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
In-depth knowledge of off-plan and secondary market properties
UAE driving license preferred
