Job Title: Sales Manager - Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, expanding market presence, and achieving company revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to improve productivity and performance.

Handle key accounts, distributors, and dealer relationships.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales execution.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.

Ensure proper pricing, promotions, and product availability in the market.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances industry.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Good knowledge of retail, distribution, and modern trade channels.

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

Proficient in MS Office; ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage.

Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
