The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth across cars, buses, commercial vehicles, electric vehicles (EVs), and autonomous mobility solutions.
The role requires a highly motivated professional with strong technical sales expertise, proven experience in vehicle sales, and the ability to manage complex customer requirements, large-scale projects, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and revenue targets
Manage and expand sales of cars, buses, commercial vehicles, EVs, and autonomous vehicle solutions
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with government entities, fleet operators, corporate clients, and private sector customers
Lead commercial and technical negotiations with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners
Work closely with technical, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate understanding of customer requirements and successful project execution
Prepare, review, and present technical proposals, commercial offers, tenders, and pricing structures
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, regulatory changes, and customer feedback to support informed decision-making
Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates to ensure accurate tracking of opportunities
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, client meetings, and technical discussions
Ensure full compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and UAE regulations
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive, commercial vehicles, electric vehicles (EV), or autonomous vehicle sectors
Technical sales experience is mandatory
Hands-on experience in selling cars, buses, or commercial vehicles
Strong understanding of vehicle specifications, technical documentation, homologation requirements, and customer operational needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and high-value accounts simultaneously
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Electrical Engineering qualification will be a strong advantage
Additional certifications in sales, automotive technology, EV systems, or commercial vehicles are an added advantage
