Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Sales Manager
to lead and manage sales operations at ourRetail Bullion Shop
. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of bullion/gold retail, and the ability to drive sales growth while maintaining excellent customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day sales operations of the bullion retail outlet Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Coordinate with management for inventory planning and control
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager Strong knowledge of bullion products, pricing, and market trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure Strong customer-handling and team-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a retail bullion or jewelry showroom Knowledge of local and international bullion markets
