Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified

Sales Manager

to oversee and coordinate sales operations and business development activities. The role focuses on managing sales performance, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the company's growth objectives in line with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and monitor sales activities to meet organizational objectives Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure consistent and professional performance Maintain relationships with corporate partners and institutional clients Oversee client inquiries, proposals, and enrollment-related processes Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates Coordinate with internal departments to ensure aligned operations Ensure accurate documentation and proper record keeping Identify potential business opportunities within approved markets Uphold company standards, policies, and ethical practices

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline Previous experience in a sales management or supervisory role Experience within the education, training, or service sector is preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage targets, reporting, and team performance Proficiency in standard office software and CRM systems Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
