Real Estate Sales Manager
to lead and scale our sales department.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of property consultants to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Strategically oversee off-plan and secondary market sales operations
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and market understanding
Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading developers across Dubai (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, etc.)
Track team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead generation activities
Ensure compliance with RERA and company regulations across all transactions
Attend new project launches, events, and networking meetings to stay ahead in the market
Manage CRM usage and reporting systems to monitor leads and client follow-ups effectively
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for senior management
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within real estate (off-plan and/or secondary market)
Valid UAE Driving License and own car
RERA certified and active license (mandatory)
An MBA degree is an advantage
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team performance
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and developer offerings
Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools
Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-performing team
Fluent in English (Arabic, Spanish, French, Italian or other languages is an added advantage)
