:

Polymer Shop Fixtures Manufacturing LLC is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in interior design-related sales, fit-out, and joinery projects, particularly in shop fixtures manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage sales activities for polymer shop fixtures, interior fit-out, and joinery projects Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and clients Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base Prepare, review, and approve quotations, proposals, and contracts Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain client satisfaction Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in interior design, fit-out, or joinery sales Strong knowledge of shop fixtures, materials, and manufacturing processes Proven ability to manage clients and close high-value projects Established network within the UAE interior design and fit-out market Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet targets UAE market experience is mandatory Valid UAE driving license preferred

Salary and Benefits:
