Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Identify and acquire new clients for air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), and land transport
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Prepare and submit competitive freight quotations and tenders
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets
Set KPIs, review performance, and provide regular coaching
Conduct sales meetings and pipeline reviews
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth execution
Market & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
