, is looking to hire an experiencedSales Manager
to lead their sales operations and support business growth.Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share Expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships Plan, direct, and coordinate all sales activities across assigned markets Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team Strong negotiation, communication, and customer management skills Experience in adhesive tapes or related industrial products will be an advantage Valid UAE driving license preferred Fluency in English & Hindi is plus

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
