We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and oversee performance across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market and a proven ability to mentor agents, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
Generate and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and key partners.
Oversee property presentations, negotiations, and closing procedures.
Monitor market movements and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (2 years) as Sales Manager or Senior Property Consultant in the real estate sector (UAE experience preferred).
Valid UAE Driver's License
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate market and off-plan projects.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
