Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing day-to-day sales operations, mentoring the team, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate with marketing and management teams to improve sales results Train, coach, and evaluate sales staff on an ongoing basis Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to analyze sales data and market trends Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
