Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share for eco-friendly and plastic-alternative products
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B, retail, hospitality, FMCG, and government sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the sustainability sector
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to position eco-friendly solutions effectively
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and sustainability forums
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in eco-friendly products, packaging, FMCG, or sustainable solutions
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
Strong understanding of sustainability, plastic alternatives, or environmental regulations is an advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and lead a sales team
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
