We are seeking an experienced

Operations Manager with a strong sales background

to oversee daily operations, manage business development activities, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction operations combined with proven sales and client-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee

day-to-day operations

related to excavation, equipment rental, and material supply. Develop and execute

sales strategies

to increase revenue and market presence. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Coordinate with site teams, equipment operators, and logistics departments. Prepare quotations, contracts, and follow up on payments. Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance with safety standards. Monitor project progress and resolve operational or client-related issues.

Requirements

Proven experience as an

Operations Manager or similar role

in construction Strong

sales and business development background

(mandatory). Experience in excavation works, heavy equipment rental, or construction material supply is highly preferred. UAE experience is required; UAE driving license is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

Range from 7000 to 9000 Performance-based incentives + Commission Visa+Car+Petrol Allowance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
