residential, commercial, HoReCa fit-outs, landscaping, and joinery-integrated projects

. Backed by the Grans Group's 20 years of experience in construction and technical services, our interior division is expanding rapidly and we are looking for a

dynamic Sales Manager

to drive project acquisition and build strong client relationships.

Role Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, presenting design & build solutions, and closing high-value interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Dubai's interiors market and proven experience in sales within the design/build or fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through networking, market research, and proactive outreach Manage the full sales cycle: initial contact ? client meeting ? site visit ? proposal ? follow-ups ? closing Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates Represent the brand professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events Identify opportunities in residential, commercial, and HoReCa sectors

Requirements

3-7 years of experience in

interior design / fit-out sales

in the UAE (mandatory) Strong understanding of design, materials, fit-out processes, and client requirements Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven personality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
