The Company Formation Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue by advising and assisting clients with business setup services across UAE free zones, mainland, and offshore jurisdictions. The role involves managing end-to-end sales cycles, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal operations and government liaison teams.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and close leads for company formation, visa services, licensing, and related PRO services.
Provide expert consultation to clients on free zone, mainland, and offshore business setup options.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages.
Maintain strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements and licensing structures.
Coordinate with operations and PRO teams to ensure timely processing of applications.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize referrals and repeat business.
Track and update leads and sales activities in CRM systems.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
UAE company formation / business setup sales
.
Strong understanding of UAE free zones, mainland licensing, and government procedures.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
