Guardians Prime Real Estate LLC is a leading real estate company in Dubai, specializing in premium residential and commercial properties. With a strong reputation for excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to lead our growing sales division.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and leading a high-performing sales team while ensuring continuous training and skill development. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of real estate experience in Dubai, with a proven record of managing sales pipelines, closing deals, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of property consultants to maximize performance. Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, negotiation, CRM usage, and market trends. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Oversee daily team operations including lead assignment, follow-up, and deal progression. Motivate the team through coaching, performance reviews, and continuous support. Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and service excellence. Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Monitor and report on team KPIs, sales targets, and forecasting to senior management. Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (mandatory) Proven success in managing and training a sales team Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills Excellent negotiation abilities and client management Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) UAE Driving License French language proficiency (mandatory) Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred)
