We are looking for a proactive and results-driven

IT Sales Manager

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling IT services and solutions, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Present and promote company services such as website development, mobile apps, HRMS, travel systems, digital marketing, and custom software solutions. Prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and sales pitches. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and project management) to meet customer requirements. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions in CRM tools. Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry gatherings.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in IT sales, business development, or account management. Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and decision-makers. Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently. UAE market experience is a strong advantage. Valid UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
