Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes.
Collaborate with the Business Setup division to explore and develop new opportunities.
Monitor and analyze team performance; prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and visa processing.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of proven success
in a Sales Manager role.
Strong understanding of sales strategies and client relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-motivation skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to regulatory and market changes.
