About the Role

Tyron Ash Real Estate is looking for an experienced and driven

Sales Manager

to join our Dubai team. This is a hybrid role combining leadership, coaching, and active brokerage -- ideal for someone who thrives in both managing teams and closing high-value deals.

You will oversee multiple teams (4-5), supporting agents daily with lead progression, negotiations and buyer management, while also having the opportunity to generate and close your own transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance

Manage and support 4-5 sales teams Drive performance through daily coaching and motivation Monitor KPIs and productivity across teams Ensure agents follow company processes and best practices

Sales & Deal Support

Assist agents with lead follow-ups and client conversions Support negotiations and objection handling Join buyer and seller meetings when required Offer strategic guidance on deal structuring and closings

Brokerage Responsibilities

Generate and close your own deals Build and maintain client relationships Attend viewings, valuations and negotiations Maintain a strong personal sales pipeline

Training & Development

Train agents on sales strategy, closing techniques and client management Identify skill gaps and provide tailored coaching Support onboarding and development of newer agents
Requirements

Proven experience in real estate sales in Dubai Strong leadership and team management skills Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Knowledge of Dubai property market Professional, motivated and target-driven mindset Ability to perform in a fast-paced, competitive environment
