This role is ideal for a UAE National who is passionate about sales, client relations, and driving business growth within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive property sales by managing leads, conducting viewings, and closing deals
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
Lead, coach, and support the sales team to meet objectives
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance
Create real estate-related content and produce
6-8 short video reels per month
to support brand visibility and lead generation
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, events, and negotiations
Prepare monthly sales performance reports
Qualifications
UAE National (Emirati) - Mandatory
Proven experience in real estate sales or similar industry
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Confident in creating social media content (basic experience is acceptable)
Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
