Are you a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven history of expanding export sales within the FMCG or tobacco sector?
A major multinational entity in the Consumer Goods and Tobacco Manufacturing industry is seeking a strategic and results-driven individual to lead its international sales growth from its Dubai hub.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be focused on commercial expansion and high-value client management:

• Export Growth: Developing and executing high-impact sales strategies to significantly drive export revenues across targeted international markets.
• Key Account Management: Cultivating and maintaining robust, profitable relationships with major international clients, distributors, and trading partners.
• Commercial Negotiation: Leading and successfully concluding complex sales deals and commercial agreements to achieve maximum profit margins.
• Target Ownership: Taking full accountability for the achievement of aggressive sales targets and providing accurate forecasting.
• Collaboration: Working effectively with the Marketing team to ensure brand positioning and promotional efforts support sales objectives.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-10 years of progressive experience in international sales management, with a clear focus on export markets.
• Industry Focus: Mandatory significant experience in export sales within the tobacco or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is essential.
• Expertise: Strong history of negotiating and closing high-value commercial deals and managing complex client portfolios.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. Must be a self-starter with the capability to travel internationally as required.

• Remuneration: A competitive monthly salary package is offered between AED 25,000 - 30,000, commensurate with experience.
