Job Title : Sales Manager

Your Role:
As our Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our sales growth!

You will:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team of real estate agents to achieve, and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies aimed at attracting high-net worth individuals and global investors. Build and maintain strong relationships with top luxury developers, ensuring priority access to premium and exclusive off-plan projects. Oversee sales pipelines, track performance, and ensure conversion consistency across all lead sources. Conduct training sessions for your team on negotiation, closing techniques, and luxury client engagement. Represent EXGROW Properties at major property launches, exclusive events, and high-level networking opportunities.
Requirements

Proven track record as a Sales Manager within Dubai's real estate market. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-management abilities. Deep understanding of Dubai's luxury real estate landscape -- off-plan, secondary, investment, and international buyer flows. Strong network of investors and HNWI clients (local & global). Ability to perform under pressure and create a culture of excellence within your team. Based in Dubai with valid and updated UAE real-estate knowledge.
