Role Description:
Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Develop and implement sales strategies
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge within the team
Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and regular performance evaluations
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Representative, preferably within the financial services sector
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and lead a team effectively
Strategic thinker with strong planning and analytical abilities
Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of performing in a fast-paced environment
