Core Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and customer growth.
Identify and target potential clients across fleet, and online channels.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and handle key accounts.
Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and support sales staff to achieve targets.
Forecast sales, review performance, and prepare monthly reports for management.
Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to improve online and offline sales results.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Ensure smooth coordination with operations, finance, and after-sales teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong automotive background is mandatory, with preference for candidates who have worked in a garage setting handling corporate clients.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Proven experience in UAE automotive sales with a strong track record.
E-commerce automotive experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Must have own car and valid UAE driving license.
