We're seeking a dynamic
Sales Manager
to drive property sales, develop strategies, build client relationships, and close high-value deals.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
effective sales strategies
to meet or exceed targets. Build and maintain strongclient relationships
with high-net-worth individuals.Negotiate and close
property deals confidently and effectively. Manage theentire sales cycle
-- from lead generation to post-sale follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to ensurecustomer satisfaction
. Providemarket insights
and competitor analysis to management.Requirements:
Proven experience
in real estate sales (preferably in Dubai or the UAE). Strong background inoff-plan property sales
. Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.Results-driven
with a proactive and self-motivated attitude. Ability to worklong hours
and deliver under pressure.Valid UAE driving license
.Language skills
(advantageous): English (required) French, Russian, Chinese, German, Dutch, Japanese, or Taiwanese (preferred multilingual advantage).Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
