Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented

Sales Manager

to join our team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the organization's market presence. This position requires deep knowledge of the education industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven history of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and corporate clients. Generate leads, manage follow-ups, and successfully close sales opportunities. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer requirements. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure individual and collective performance targets are met. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns. Negotiate client contracts, pricing, and payment terms. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.

Requirements:



Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the education or EdTech sector. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Strong network and contacts within the education sector (colleges, training centers, etc.). Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 03/12/2025
